CREATING SPACE FOR CURIOSITY & JUSTICE
SO THAT WE MAY SET SAIL TOWARD LIBERATION
"If you have come here to help me,
you are wasting your time.
But if you have come here because
your liberation is bound up with mine,
then let us work together."
I envision a theatrical field
rooted in practices of equity and
innovation, creating mission-forward theatre and supporting truly welcoming artistic and cultural homes. Calling upon my queer, multi-racial identities, I view the theatre as an expansive tool to cultivate greater empathy in our manifold communities. My work is always centered in, by, and of its community, as I believe all theatrical work must be. I have held positions including Host + Producer of the Antiracist Artist Podcast, Community Partnership Coordinator at Long Wharf Theatre, and Founder + Lead Producer of Subito Politico Productions, LLC. I received my BFA from New York University Tisch School of the Arts, and am an incoming MFA candidate in Theater Management at the David Geffen School of Drama at Yale University (Class of 26).
I believe:
Art has a special purpose and ability to create an intimate change in its audience.
The creation of art is the greatest expression of compassion, empathy, and humanity.
Compassion, empathy, and humanity are what our world needs most right now.

In service of such, I create space for curiosity and justice so that we may set sail toward liberation.

I am grateful for everyone who has had a helping hand in shaping who and where I am today. Also to you, the folx with whom I will travel to tomorrow, I couldn’t, and wouldn’t, do it without you.
